In our 15+ years of dealing with insurance companies in relation to property insurance claims it is imperative to utilize a restoration company that knows the industry and is familiar with how the claims process works. We have seen many times in the past where policyholders hire companies that do not specialize in insurance claims and it can result in the insurance company holding back a large portion of the insurance proceeds due to the company not properly documenting a loss, not submitting the proper documentation and/or not completing the project to spec with insurance restoration standards. We write all of our estimates in a program called “Xactimate” which is the industry standard in the property insurance claims business. The vast majority of everyday contractors do not use any estimating software to prepare their estimates and it is important to note that most insurance carriers will not even recognize an estimate that is not prepared using Xactimate. This will in turn make the settlement process take longer.

-Emergency Services

When you have an insurance claim that requires the property to be secured after significant damage, we are available 24/7 to board up and secure your property. This can include boarding up windows and doors with plywood, tarping a roof, providing hasped entries, lockboxes and more. We also provide emergency water cleanup services for severe water damage claims. Emergency services also includes extracting standing water from homes after a significant water loss occurs, repairing and testing electrical and/or plumbing, providing temporary power and more.

-Mitigation and Demolition

When you have a fire or water loss, many times it requires mitigation services to prevent any further damage from occurring to your property. Further damage which is not mitigated and creates further damage to your property is not covered by insurance policies, so it is imperative for these services to be performed as soon as possible. This can include demoing and disposing of fire or water damaged building materials, spraying antimicrobial to prevent mold growth, drying out building materials with industrial grade fans and dehumidifiers, providing moisture mapping, structural drying logs and more.

-Fire Damage Building Cleaning

After a fire occurs there can be severe smoke damage throughout your home. We provide full service fire and smoke damage cleaning which includes using chemical dry sponges to wipe down and clean every wall, ceiling and floor in your home, spray sealing building materials with restoration specific paint products, deodorizing buildings with air scrubbers, ozone machines, restoration odor control units, etc.

-Fire Damage Personal Property Cleaning, Pack-Outs and Storage

A significant part of your home is not just the structure, but the personal property that your home is filled with. We specialize in professionally cleaning fire and smoke damaged contents. We do this on-site and/or off-site depending on the severity of the damage to your home. We have the capability to wrap, box and store every item in your home and bring it to our climate controlled warehouse to be professionally cleaned and stored. Once the construction process is complete we will re-packed, re-boxed and deliver all of your freshly cleaned contents back to your home.
